Dr. Nimet A. Adam She has lectured extensively in community venues and was chair for the Health Board of Florida. She can discuss her experiences with major hearing aid manufacturers like Oticon, Phonak, GN Resound, Widex, Rexton and Starkey, and Unitron their products, their reputation in the marketplace and new technologies. Dr Adam can provide insights for the baby boomer generation, market growth opportunities, geriatric issues, pediatric concerns, special need requirements and the future of digital and wireless communication. Her practice specializes in diagnostics and management of hearing loss, Tinnitus and Balance. Dr Adam is dedicated to the health and wellness of the community. She is an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Adam offers educational seminars for physicians and patients and is a trusted hearing healthcare specialist. Dr Christa Coore-Powell For the past few years, Dr. Coore-Powell has been involved in humanitarian pursuits. She is actively involved with non-profit organization Special Olympics. Christa participated in humanitarian work traveling to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and providing hearing instruments and hearing services to children in need. Dr Nimet Adam is a board certified Clinical Audiologist and the President of Hearing Partners of South Florida, Inc. Dr. Adam has 19 years experience in the industry. Dr. Adam graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Florida Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Hearing and Speech Association. She has worked as an Industrial Audiologist at the Workers Compensation Board of British Columbia, and in clinical and administrative positions at a South Florida Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Christa Coore-Powell is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She specializes in hearing instrument amplification, adult and pediatric diagnostic testing and vestibular assessments. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and utilizes this to provide services to a greater cross section of our community.
